Terms of Use / End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the MyResHub Mobile Application (“App”) provided by Web Enterprise Business Solutions Sdn Bhd (“Developer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

2. Purpose of the Application

MyResHub is designed to facilitate communication and digital services between:

• Residents
• Property owners
• Joint Management Body (JMB)
• Management Corporation (MC)
• Property management offices

The App enables users to:

• View billing and invoices
• Make payments
• Receive announcements
• Submit maintenance requests
• Book facilities
• Register visitors
• Communicate with management

3. User Eligibility

Users must:

• Be a registered resident, owner, tenant, or authorized occupant of the property.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

The management office may verify user identity before granting access.

4. User Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities conducted through their account
• Ensuring information provided is accurate and updated

Users must notify the management office immediately if unauthorized access occurs.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree NOT to use the App to:

• Upload false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Disrupt system performance
• Transmit harmful software or malware
• Abuse or harass other residents or management staff
• Use the platform for illegal activities

Violation may result in suspension or termination of the account.

6. Payments and Financial Transactions

The App may enable residents to make payments for:

• Maintenance fees
• Sinking fund
• Facility bookings
• Other charges imposed by the management

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers.

The Developer is not responsible for payment gateway processing errors or banking system interruptions.

7. System Availability

While we aim to provide reliable service, the App may experience:

• Maintenance downtime
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party service disruptions
• Technical faults

The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Data and Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by the MyResHub Privacy Policy.

By using the App, users consent to the collection and processing of personal data required for:

• Property management services
• Communication with the management office
• System security and verification

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including:

• software
• design
• logos
• system architecture
• features

are the intellectual property of the Developer.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• loss of data
• loss of financial information
• system downtime
• errors caused by third-party services

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

11. Termination

The Developer or property management office may suspend or terminate a user account if:

• the user violates this Agreement
• misuse of the system occurs
• residency status changes
• required information is not verified

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update or modify the App and this Agreement periodically.

Users will be notified through the App or official communication channels.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
